I’m Tilda Selby, and fitness isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion and life’s work. As an IFBB Pro bodybuilder, I’ve spent years dedicating myself to mastering the craft of strength training, competition prep, and balanced nutrition. But more importantly, I’ve made it my mission to help women like you build confidence, strength, and a healthier lifestyle—both in and out of the gym.
My Journey
My fitness journey began at 17 years old, when I first stepped into a gym post my eating disorder, weak body and unstable body image. unsure of where to start but driven by a desire to transform my mind and have the body follow. What started as a personal challenge to get stronger and healthier soon evolved into a passion for competitive bodybuilding. After years of dedication, hard work, and countless hours of training, I achieved my goal of becoming an IFBB Pro.

That journey has taught me so much—not just about physical strength, but about mental resilience, discipline, and self-belief. Competing on the bodybuilding stage has been an empowering experience, but my real fulfilment comes from helping others achieve their own transformations. Fitness has the power to change lives, and my goal is to guide you through your own journey—whether you're looking to build muscle, lose weight, or just feel more confident in your skin.

My Approach
My training philosophy is simple: I believe in balance, consistency, and enjoying the process. Fitness shouldn’t feel like a chore, and I focus on creating plans that are sustainable, effective, and tailored to you. Every woman’s body is different, and what works for one person might not work for another. That’s why I take the time to get to know my clients —their lifestyles, goals, challenges, and what drives them—so that together we can create a plan that works specifically for them. For me, it’s not just about the physical results (though we’ll definitely get those!). It’s about empowering women to feel strong, confident, and capable in their everyday lives. Whether you’re stepping on stage as a competitor or just stepping into a gym for the first time, I’ll be with you every step of the way.
